I am Theresa Bay-Müller
My traces of life embrace two continents. Growing up in South Africa, in a culture of togetherness and sharing, I came to Germany 25 years ago. To this day, I am fascinated by cultural differences, encounters and exchange.
Most of my career I served my country, my fellow South Africans. For 20 years I headed the European Office of an international organisation. This vast experience combined with being a mother form a rich terrirory to work from with my clients. Pressure, performance, balancing act, excellence and burn-out ... are very well known to me.
I meet you at eye level, I am curious about you as a person and want to untangle your knots with you.
For me, coaching means being completely human-
I am, because we are! We are, because I am! Or Ubuntu, as we say in Africa.
